Our goal is to create a healthy environment for youth mental health in North East Wales, helping young people, aged 11-24, develop a positive mindset. We work together to create resources, both in-person and online, that support mental health, resilience, and wellbeing.

We meet on Thursday evenings from 4:00 to 6:30 with the YLAB, gathering at a venue chosen by the members in either Flintshire or Wrexham every three weeks. Each session kicks off with an icebreaker, and food is always available for everyone attending.<\/p>\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

YLAB members are encouraged and supported to participate in our Partnership and OMG meetings, offering them more opportunities to engage. We also have Satellite YLAB groups and hold meetings with external stakeholders and other young people.
